This version fixes a problem in V2.2 which caused the push connectivity in Gmail Growl to break. The problem occurred only sometimes, but now I was finally able to track it down. I found that sometimes Gmail reports the All Mail folder via IMAP XLIST this way:
XLIST (\HasNoChildren \AllMail) "/" "[Gmail]/All Mail"
and sometimes this way (which makes no sense):
XLIST (\HasChildren \HasNoChildren \AllMail) "/" "[Gmail]/All Mail"This second form broke the parser in Gmail Growl V2.2. The new version has a more robust parser.

Thanks Marcus!
IMAP push is now working perfectly on my W7-64 bit system! I appreciate your fast response on this... -JT
I've just updated to the latest version and GMail push still isn't working for me.
I'm running Windows XP Home SP3.
@Olly: If Gmal push never works for you, it might be that a school or company firewall is blocking the IMAP connection.
GMail push was working for me in version 2.1.
Hi every one, I just wanted to know where can I get the older versions of gmail growl??
Regards
Any thoughts about offering a portable version for those of us who would like to use at work, but don't have admin privileges?
Just installed 2.2.0.2 as a new user, but like some others, GMail push isn't working. This is on my home PC running Vista 64. IMAP IDLE via SSL on my Google Apps account works great with Thunderbird, so it isn't a network issue. All my outgoing ports are open as well (Windows firewall disabled, just a router between me and the cable modem).
Tried 2.2.0.2 on an XP SP3 machine on a different network (no blocked incoming or outgoing ports), same Google Apps account and still got "No Gmail Push". But this time instead of a "Yellow exclamation triangle" that I got previously, I'm getting an icon with folders and a red exclamation on the bottom left of the icon. Don't know if that matters, but thought I'd mention it.
Hi, Gmail push is working for me, but I have a feature suggestion. Whenever I receive an email notification, appended to the end is a long url (I assume to the message in Gmail). Is there anyway to disable that from showing up?
Does anybody else's Push disable/enable randomly throughout the day? In my log I get a:
@@ Debug(-1) : $opensslout = ERROR
Then push disables, and then it enables later randomly (I'm assuming it re-enables after a timed poll).
